Median Price of a condo is $490,000 which is up 2.1% from last year.

SALES: Sales for homes and condos were 756 units, up from 745 last year.

INVENTORY: Inventory is 3,358 units which is down 8% from last year.


DIM: Days in Market for units were 49 days, same as last year.
