Median Price of an attached home is $510,000 which is $10,000 higher than last year.
SALES: 3 month average of sales were higher at 643 units
INVENTORY: Inventory stands at 3,667 which is up 1271 units higher than last year.
DIM: Days in Market currently stands at 48 days, up 3 from last year.
NOTE: In March 2.65% of detached homes sold at a discount while attached homes sold at a 2.3% discount.
