PRICES: Median Price of a detached home is $675,000 which is down 1.2% from last year.
Median Price of an attached home is $475,000 which is 2.2% higher than last year.

SALES: 3 month average of sales were lower by 12.3% for condos and down11.9% for SFR.

INVENTORY: Inventory stands at 2913 for SFR and 1277 for condos. Both down around 10% compared to last year.

DIM: Days in Market currently stands at 65 days for SFR and 68 days for condos. Both up slightly year over year.
